Dan Ladd is a Custom Builder, Consultant and Developer of single and multi-family home building communities. He brings a reputation for excellence and trustworthiness coupled with a talent for building relationships. Dan has the ability to simplify the complexity of the building process using strong communication skills and detailed analysis, providing our customers with a unique experience.

Dan brings an impressive array of skills including Construction, Project & Land Management, Financial Management (Budgeting, Estimating, Scheduling), and Marketing (Sales, Advertising, Vendor Negotiations). He also has extensive experience in Contracts, Licensing, Permitting, Closings and Customer Service.

For 23 years, Dan worked for Brittany Builders, Inc., a third generation family owned custom/semi-custom home building and real estate development group. Starting out as Field Superintendent, he supervised over twenty trades and improved completion times and overall customer satisfaction. As Vice President of Construction, Dan managed more than 160 on-site semi-custom and 30 off-site custom home building projects. He also worked closely with local municipalities and civil engineers in order to ensure all road, infrastructure, zoning and site improvements were approved and implemented for three large residential developments. Dan later became President of the company where over the course of a decade, he personally handled all sales, financial and marketing related activities.
